FounderHi there! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate. I graduated from West Texas A & M University with a Masters of Arts in Counseling. I want you to know that if you’re considering therapy, you’re not alone. Reaching out can feel overwhelming, especially if it's your first time, but it’s a brave and important step toward healing and growth.
My journey into counseling comes from years of working with individuals and families in both nonprofit and educational settings. I’ve had the privilege of helping establish and run community centers in impoverished rural areas, where I focused on teaching practical skills to help families break cycles of poverty and work toward long-term stability and educational advancement. I’ve also worked in a community college setting as both an academic advisor and mental health counselor, supporting young adults as they navigate the challenges of higher education and build confidence in their goals.
These experiences have shaped my passion for helping people overcome generational trauma and life’s barriers by giving them the tools and support they need to create healthier, more fulfilling lives.
In my counseling work, I take a creative, person-centered approach, meaning we go at your pace, and the focus is always on what matters most to you. My clients often say they find me down-to-earth and easy to talk to, and I strive to create a safe, supportive space where you can feel heard and empowered.
I work with individuals of all backgrounds, including pre-teens and teens learning to manage the often confusing transition into adulthood. I also enjoy working with couples and families to improve communication, build stronger connections, and create more harmony in their relationships.
I have a special passion for working with the LGBTQIA+ community, helping clients explore identity, develop self-acceptance, and find their voice in an often challenging world.
Therapy doesn’t have to be intimidating! It’s simply a space where your story matters. If you’re feeling unsure, that’s okay. I’m here to meet you where you are and walk with you as you grow.

Hello! I’m a bilingual Licensed Professional Counselor with a passion for helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and rediscover their strengths. I received my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Eastern New Mexico University and went on to earn my Master’s in Counseling from Lubbock Christian University. My academic and professional journey has shaped a deep commitment to serving others with empathy, respect, and cultural sensitivity.
I specialize in working with young adults facing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, identity exploration, and life transitions. I also have meaningful experience serving underrepresented populations, including first-generation college students, individuals from low-income communities, and clients from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds. My bilingual skills allow me to support both English- and Spanish-speaking clients with ease and understanding.
My counseling style is warm, collaborative, and solution-focused. I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where clients feel heard and empowered to make meaningful changes. I focus on helping individuals build coping skills, increase self-awareness, and develop the tools they need to overcome difficult experiences and move forward with confidence and hope.
Whether you’re seeking support for the first time or continuing your mental health journey, I’m here to walk alongside you—compassionately and without judgment.
